We’re excited to announce that our first
toolkit is now available!
In the multilingual future that we dream of, all people can advocate for their own health and welfare, access quality and culturally responsive programs and services, and participate meaningfully in organizing to address issues of access, regardless of the language(s) they use. Through our capacity-building collaborations with organizations and our efforts to support, train, and build solidarity amongst language workers, we labor towards systems change and culture shifts that can transform our communities and movements.
This toolkit is a direct result of our work accompanying organizations as they implement Language Justice principles and practices. We have used every aspect of this toolkit in our work with partners; it is the culmination of several years of trial and error. Here, we focus on the nitty gritty, the foundational and operational processes that are needed to build Language Justice into an organization's workflows and culture.
